Meet The Team @ Barn Mews Clinic Samantha Furmanski (BSc HcPC)
Sam is a fully qualified Sports Massage
Therapist since 2012 and has spent the last eight years working on
her own knowledge and experience for the benefit of her clients. She
is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapy (FHT) and is highly
driven in her role.
Being passionate about her role as a
sports massage therapist has allowed her to strive to give all of her
clients a personalised service every time. With individual treatment,
advice and support they are able to achieve the goals they require. Sam also qualified as a chartered
physiotherapist in 2013 and is an active member of the Chartered
Society of Physiotherapists. She is also registered with the Health
Care Professions Council (HCPC) and works with private hospitals.
With this she works closely with Orthopaedic Consultants specialising
in orthopaedic and post-operative rehabilitation. Joanne Delahunty Joanne is a fully qualified Sports Massage Therapist since 2009 and has a Level 4 diploma in Sports Massage as well as an advanced massage diploma. Jo is extremely passionate about Sports Massage Therapy and she brings great experience and passion to her role here at Barn Mews Clinic and we are excited to invite her as part of the team. Roanna Harstad Ros passion for wellbeing and teaching self care has only grown deeper over the last 15 years. compelled by her passion and curiosity, Ro has trained around the world with masters in personal development, hypnotherapy, detoxing, asana, meditation, pranayama, shamanic studies, energy work, and her training as a level-five Thai Massage Trainer and practitioner. Ro is inspired by many areas including the practices of restorative Yin Yoga, Acro yoga and Ashtanga. She is a Senior Yoga Alliance UK teacher and trainer offering retreats, training and business mentoring. Ros life long dedication is to inspire others to step into their power and create deep and long lasting healing experiences. Roanna is a genuine yoga practitioner, a devoted Yoga teacher and healer with a huge range of experience and insights. With a background in personal empowerment through leading Firewalks, retreats, physiotherapy and body therapeutics, Ros approach to yoga is one that honours the need for individual self study with the aim of improving inner strength and taking positive action towards stepping into our power.
Ro provides an opportunity to explore the Spiritual through the Physical. Ro works to bring the study of yoga off the mat and into the practice of Life. Norma-Jean Wyngard
is a qualified Massage therapist with over twenty years experience in soft
tissue mobilisation, Deep tissue massage and Sports Massage. She has worked
alongside Osteopaths and Chiropractors in her career which lead to her interest
in developing her skill set. She has been training at the British School of
Osteopathy Community Clinics providing professional osteopathic care in the
HIV, Expectant Mothers and Homeless clinics. Norma-Jean is passionate about
health and well-being and promoting this using a range of techniques including
her massage therapy. She has recently qualified as a fully trained Osteopath bringing even more knowledge to her skill base.
Laura is a qualified Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist. She is very passionate in well-being and the impact of reflexology treatment. She has experience in working with brands such as ESPA, Bare Minerals, Decleor from her previous positions within the spa and salon industry. Laura is passionate about massage and reflexology - "it's amazing what a difference can be achieved after one treatment". Laura looks forward to bringing her experience and expertise to the clients at Barn Mews Clinic.
